Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the kkfbf platform and use any gaming or betting service. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

1.2 Personal Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination. kkfbf may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time.

1.3 Single Account

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be permanently closed.

Account Management

2.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, kkfbf may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Suspension & Termination

kkfbf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity;
• Suspicion of financial abuse or money laundering;
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months).

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

kkfbf currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing. kkfbf makes every effort to complete processing within the stated timeframe.

3.4 Own Account Requirement

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment account registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are deducted from the bonus balance; real money is used first.
• Withdrawing before the bonus conditions are met will cancel any unfulfilled bonus.
• kkfbf reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

kkfbf operates a four-tier VIP program: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Progression through each tier depends on your continued activity on the platform. Cashback is added to your account on a weekly basis.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

kkfbf is committed to ensuring a fully fair gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots or automated software;
• Claiming bonus benefits from multiple accounts;

• Any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity;

If such a violation is proven, the account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
